Triple 7 Gear Ultimate Medic Kit

This is my very first chance to review a first aid kit. Many people like to put together their own first aid kits so they are familiar with the contents and know to use them effectively. For those of you that don’t know where to start, the Triple 7 Gear UMK (Ultimate Medic Kit) is a great option. It’s designed to be a first responder kit originally but has expanded to address everyday common injuries as well.

The first thing I noticed when getting the Triple 7 Gear UMK was how compact it was and how it was jam-packed with supplies and it only weighs 14 ounces! It comes in a compact, folding Kryptek Typhon or Black MK-7 pouch with an ID tape that packs away nicely in a bug out bag or 72 hour bag. It boasts a nice mix of trauma capabilities and general everyday first aid supplies. It also makes a great addition to your EDC (every day carry) kits.
